The Dean’s Report is the flagship print piece of the Warrington College of Business Administration. This annual publication is sent to the mailing list of AASCB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), which includes business schools across the nation. This year we chose to use the Dean’s Report to roll out the new style created by 160/90, the marketing firm that is rebranding UF. We chose a large tabloid format in hopes of maximizing our visual impact while at the same time lowering production costs. They mailed in large white Stayflat® cardboard envelopes with a striking orange and blue foil stamp—sure to catch the attention of the recipient. We also broadened our audience this year by mailing the piece to every alumnus that made a financial gift this past fiscal year.

The project required finding a printer with a web press that could fit the large format we wanted while producing the high quality print we insist on for the Dean’s Report. It was very important to us that the end product not look or feel cheap. We have gotten great feedback on the piece so far and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
